Empathy

This collection of paintings entitled: TOO: An Orientation of Spirit,was a solo exhibition at Oconnee County Arts Foundation in July 2021. The heart of these paintings is TOO, the absent but implied word at the end of Black Lives Matter. Empathy resides within this small word and is the "super power" that enables an orientation of spirit to occur: where empathy is found, racism disappears.
